Such jobs do not require much attention and can be controlled without human intervention, so why not computerize them? It is an excellent choice for tasks like posting on social media, sending email reactions, setting up settings updates, and so on. This not only saves you time but also helps you maintain productivity.
Set a time limit:

However, circumstances may arise which are unavoidable. A smart way to monitor when such a flare occurs is to set a hard stop time. Don’t spend more than, say, 20 minutes in impromptu get-togethers, or don’t spend more than 10 minutes in unplanned conversation. This way you get your work done without trying too hard to fit it into your schedule.
Focus on each task in turn:
The term multitasking is not new. You might think that you can get more done by juggling multiple positions at once, but it really hampers your productivity and wastes a lot of time.
The most efficient way to get more done is to focus on each task at a time. This way your task will be completed faster. And when you’re done, you can focus on your next work. Your full concentration on a task increases your efficiency, which in turn increases your productivity.
